One thing I've started doing is setting myself a limit through the screen time app. I usually don't reach my limit anymore because I'm aware of it, but it makes me go on the apps less so I don't reach that limit

I started with timers on the apps so I could only look at each one for a set amount of time each day. Finally I deleted the apps off my phone in January and just use the browser when I want to check social. It has been a huge positive impact in my life.
