Just dismantle the unit then you can easily replace the volume by using soldering iron. It uses a sliding potentiometer not the round one.

hello, I have a GEM WS2 professional digital electric organ, but it doesn't work, the screen doesn't turn on. the power goes to it, but it doesn't work, it doesn't turn on at all (please, can you give me an opinion on where the fault could be that it turns on)

If it doesn't turn on, then mostly the problem is in the supply, use a multimeter range to DC voltage and trace the supply to where it goes, check the diodes and regulator/s as well. And for the display, the supply is two (1) goes to the ic which control it and (2) goes to the display. Knowledge in electonics must be advised.
