OH MY GOD THANK YOY SOOO MUCH!!! i was so worried there was something wrong with my phone, and i am like 6 minutes in trying to figure out what’s wrong, and when you said make sure nothings covering the speakers, and i had my charger plugged in so i pulled it out and my audio is now working, i’m not sure what’s going on but at least i know it works without the charger in!

Thank you!! I looked at several videos before I found this.....my problem was Bluetooth was on.....I use it in the car but obviously not in the house. When I shut Bluetooth off, I got sound on KZbin, Amazon music, etc.......No one else in the other videos mentioned the Bluetooth issue!!!! I’m so excited👍

On an iPhone 6S Plus the speaker does not work on podcast and audio books, but the speaker works on phone calls on speaker phone and works on alerts, etc. We tried a few times holding the home button and on/off switch, but that did not work. Any ideas? Thanks. Phil

Yeah, I was on KZbin and KZbin asked me if I was happy with their service. I said no as not happy with all of the advertisements you have to pay to not have and gave a low rating and then then after doing this I had this issue. So, it was absolutely their questionnaire that caused the issue. I've tried all of this and still can't get video audio back.
