Practicing feet technique on the pedals without the springs has been a JPD method trademark for a long time! This is a great way to develop perfect feet technique without having the pressure of the spring tension to deal with when our motions are not 100% ready yet. Let's take the springs off, get a good bouncy surface and do this workout together!
