I think its' because of cuter and much more aesthetically pleasing virtual idols that bands like Gorillaz are overshadowed since their style isn't quite cute or loud and hyper. Sayu is a cutecore virtual idol that caters mostly to a wide variety of children and adult demographic, something that most people like. My mom even said that Sayu's design is cute.

i think it's less cynical and more a parody of the booming scene of japanese VTuber/and Virtual idols. Which usually present themselves as these super "kawaii" and quirky personality. Sayu as a fight is segmented in the same way as her programmers. *Design* is Sayu's healthbar... of sorts. He is Sayu's core, and attacks on him and his analog are the attacks "hitting" Sayu. To attack Design, you must destroy the other three analogs. *Vocals* controls the pink "eels" on the platforms. Disabling the Vocals analog will eliminate them surging forward. *MoCap* is Sayu's direct attacks. He controls how Sayu moves, including her trident beams. Destroying his analog eliminates Sayu's projectiles. *Editing* is the other direct attacker. While he's active, a mouse clicker will periodically try to click you. I... have no idea what that does, but just like the others, destroying his analog will eliminate this. After you complete the lower area and return, you'll deal with *Cryptid Sayu.* Her attacks from MoCap include scissor-kicking, which generates tidal waves, and kicking energy balls into the battlefield. Both of these are still linked to MoCap, however. Editing is... stagnant, it seems. Dodging the eels is harder due to Vocals constantly surging them. All through the fight, the wireframe areas of the platforms shoot up magnify icons that act as a stage hazard, which I suppose I can attribute to Design for the detailed bits of Sayu's model.

But anyways, what I am seeing here is that you must destroy the artist chip to damage her, but it is protected by 2-3 other chips. I recommend destroying the motion chip first, then editor chip, then vocal chip last. Each chip disables certain attacks. The motion chip allows Sayu to attack. The editor chip makes it so the cursor attacks you by poking. The vocal chip makes all eel traps more dangerous. If you can re-fight these bosses on a harder difficulty, I can't wait to see what she will be like on hard.

Fun fact: if you hit the art panel before taking down the other panels (sound, animation, programming) you can rack up a huge combo. You COULD get the highest possible combo, but it would be at the cost of time, and you will probably die from her chip damage.

Personally I don t like the main duo, the come to difrent artists and destroy their work while saying the won t to revive their own and from what we can see they use others work to make their own while they should make it them self. This game makes me wish that main duo lose as they are total .... to every one.

Well technically they originally wanted to join NSR to simply include rock alongside EDM, until the head of the place being Tatiana treated them and their music like crap and had them kicked out, and the two weren’t fully on board with each other until NSR started hogging up all the electric power generated by their music exclusively for themselves... On the other hand, Mayday looking like a distant cousin of the Butt Witch from Twelve Forever (mostly her eyes, hands and teeth) and having similar ambitions to Girl Thanos Troll (Queen Barb) from Trolls 2 World Tour doesn’t really help all too much in backing up the Bunk Bed Junction band as heroes.

Also artist of EDM don t even know about that and only make music while main duo prevents them from making energy. And at last other artists didn t aprove their music and main villain only said that their music is outdated which it was becouse game takes place in future.
