Sir actually problem lies that most of the students..while going to bed or to study there mind starts to make stories mixed with past stories and there concentrating power gets devasted ...they then also do not get proper sleep even if they will give sufficent time to sleep... Sir please and please ..treat this..sir you are expert you can understand thus. I know mostly of the student can not explain it ...but sir this is very accurate reality... Almost all students suffer from this... Sir..up to class 8 students usually have sharp concentrating power but after jumping to higher classes they tend to get distracted...only because they like the bad things more...but majority of the students in 11 ending phase get frustated ...they understand that everything distracts them...even when they study..nearer table/ chair or any other object distracts them...as these objects are seeing him/her.... I know this all...but no one cures because it is most incomprehensibly most comprehensible thing... Whoever wants sir to talk about this then raise a sound....

It's not about your IQ it's all about Your Subject Matuarity . For a person preparing for JEE/NEET.. class 10th science maths is way easy, Person who has did Irodov NCERT is quite easy , for an serious JEE aspirant Neet physics is easy ,... this is beacause you had attained a certain level of expertise than average . and this is only the case what makes some people different . People usually get confused between Subject matuarity and IQ But they are quite different .

I mean, IQ scores are kinda stupid. They were meant to assess how European were doing in their studies (I'm oversimplifing here, I forgot a lot of the details) and they aren't really that conclusive. Don't let an arbitrary number decide how good you are at studying or learning things, I personally think you just need to practice to get better or best at something.

#Learnings: 1) No student has Gifted Brain in this world. 2) Fix your Sleep cycle. 3) Cardio exercise(running/jumping) every 3-4 hours. 4) Don't sleep after lunch, take Power Nap of 15 mins (if you feel dizzy). 5) #Reading Tip: Read steadily by jumping around the words with fingers. 6) For improving Speed & Accuracy in Exam, follow 50-50 Attempt Strategy. 7) Take rest for 30-60 mins when reqd, don't study forcefully at that time.

I know that no one has gifted brains but but but during the development of their brains(in their childhood) many students have the advantage of having parents(maybe teacher or Ex IITIANS) so they know about IIT from the start, They listen to the logical tuff talked about in their house and so their overall brain development is like 10x faster than normal people + they know about IIT since the start so they know that we need to complete a huge mountain of books and so they are studying around 30-40% of the time since the starting. So obviously they worked hard for their trillion IQ brain but if every person had that advantage then 90% of the people would have been the "prodigies".
