There are different kinds of caregiver type job positions, which can have some special qualification requirement. Requirements can come from employers but also customer and different official authorities. If your certificate can be used, that you need to ask from potential employers.

Depends on what proof of funds you're asking about. If you're asking for proof of funds for supporting your living in Finland in order to get a residence permit, there is no additional requirement besides the fact that the bank account must be your own, in your name, and the funds in the account must be yours to use.

you can add if you want but it's quite a career depreciation because vocational studies are mainly for those that finished high school. except you can mention why you are going for vocational school instead of masters considering you already have bsc
