A pinch of salt.
1 teaspoon vanillin.
2 bananas.
1 apple.
Shape 18 cm (7 inches).
Cranberry.
30g walnuts.
Bake at 180°C/360°F for 40 minutes.

1 cup oatmeal.
50g nuts.
60 g cranberries.
1 tablespoon sweetener.
2 apples.
100 ml water.
1 egg.
Butter or avocado oil.
Place in the oven at 180°C for 30 minutes.
