Great suggestion. Thanks. One thing to note is that testimonials don't always increase conversions. I've had 2 different situations where adding testimonials to a page actually decreased conversions. I find that offering free samples does a lot more for my conversions that almost anything else. Once people get a chance to use my information for themselves, they KNOW how good it is, and why they should buy.

Currently we're building a website with no testimonials. What do you think if we list that we are members of the state Assisted living association, Senior Living Association and few others with their logos embedded? Do you think this will work to add validity and improve customer perception?

One thing they don't mention on their site. Would you also get backlinks for high-up DR as well? Even if it's a little local news affiliate they still have to have a pretty good domain rating.

Hey Even, in most cases you would... keep in mind, there will be a lot of duplicate content happening here because all these sites would be using the same base article... so I wouldn't do it for the SEO power. Might be a slight icing on the cake, but not the *reason* you'd be doing it if that makes sense.

Honestly, this video really isn't meant to endorse this particular company, just the overall strategy of doing it at all. I've seen a few competitors, and as long as they get you featured in the same places, I say just try to get the best deal. And check reviews of course to make sure they deliver. Cheers!
