My solution, which has gotten rid of the “No Toner” message. My Brother printer is back in operating order, although it cost me:
Short story: my Brother HL-L3270cdw printer was on when we had a storm and the printer powered off/back on due to a power outage.
Evidently the silly beans firmware reset the toner and refused to accept my toner-even with practically full toner ($$$).
I tried everything that kept me up until 1am, including, but not limited to: contacting brother, taking the toner in an out and cleaning all the nodes, gently shaking the toner, factory resetting the machine, putting new black ink in, unplugging everything and waiting for an hour, and even manually resetting all the toner by following these fascinating instructions: (skip to 2 minutes.)(You’re welcome)

TL;DR: You’re a welcome to replicate the above things if you’d like, but ultimately I had to purchase all new toner.
Thankfully I didn’t have to purchase the Brother ‘genuine’ toner (which literally costs more than the printer itself. What a scam.). I bought these exact toners, and installed them all with the power unplugged: amzn.to/30nXL2C

After I powered the printer back on, I was relieved to no longer see the “No Toner” message.
After installing these new toner cartridges, the printer went through the calibration (took about 4-5 minutes), and then I was able to do a color test print… the printer works beautifully now.
Let’s hope the next power outage doesn’t assassinate my toner. (Gosh that sounds weird)

Sir.please suggest tonner error. One or more toner cartridges are not detected. Pull out and reinsert all 4 toner cartridge. On Brother HL-L3270CDW

Or it may just be the battery in the cartridge is flat which might help those with varying results. I replaced the battery as per kzbin.info/www/bejne/mKu8fIOkibyehqM and it fixed the error.
