How do you test the finals to see if they got fried?

The best advice i can give someone on the (Tr)Usdx it is test your swr on micro usb power first and do it quickly. On low bands with a EFHW i am usually good on 20m, 40m and 80m. 30m and 60m will need a tuner or a tuned antenna for me. The bs170's will pop fast if you use high voltage to test your swr. -KM4FZA

That's a great piece of advice, I probably should have done that! I think I may have fried the finals out in the field when I had it running on full 12v and didn't have my EFHW tuned correctly.

thanks for the video. when doing videos of this type, please hold the items steady... moving them around so much is disorienting, especially the hopping to/from camera.. like zooming in/out constantly,,
