They can actually divert 12785/6 KCG MYS KCG SF Express back to it's original route via GTL and GTL Bypass line. Only Small minor change is they can re route it Guntakal Byapass line Guntakal via Kalluru instead of Via Gooty Pendakallu line.

One more by pass line is required for Guntakal west to east at mallagate line, for trains that travel toward ballari, Trains like 07336/07335 takes engine reversal at Guntakal takes 1hr or more

By pass line is already present for trains going towards Bellary from Wadi side. The particular train mentioned by you has a stop at Guntakal hence undergoes reversal. The bypass line is shown on the map around 00:55

Pendekallu Gooty Doubling will happen. This bypass line is needed more for freights than Passenger trains.
