Wonderful story, Nataraj. Would you know how long will 06484 or 85 run with the ernakulam wdm 3a loco? I would love to experience it myself before they replace the loco with electric traction or a modern diesel loco.

Natarajan Sir, how do u overcome the disappointment of not spotting the Train u expected to spot before. Because I stay in Kengeri and I was tracking 12577 Darbhanga Mysore Bagmati Express from last Tuesday. I decided to check the train status again at Thursday evening when I reach the station. As per schedule the train arrives Kengeri at 5:35 PM. I had many expectations for spotting that train but when I reached the station I got to know that the Train would arrive at almost 7PM(1 Hr 30 mins delay). I returned very disappointed and even today I'm not able to come out of it.
