Partner and I have just returned from a 3 month c'van trip to FNQ and have done some of the places you have done (with a road van), and I'm with you Keelan, I don't think there are any fish in FNQ. I didn't even see anyone catch one, although a guy at Cape Palmerston said he caught a whiting- no evidence produced. Great trip all the same, especially Big Crystal Creek.

Hi s and k. The crocs start around Maryborough and have been spotted in the inside of Fraser Island. I fish the Mary river at Maryborough and it’s full of Barra and the local farmer had a cow dragged in by a big big croc a few years back. So any where from there north is croc country. Travel safe and hope you catch a fish soon.
