THE VOICE IS UNCONSTITUTIONAL Nobody seems available to make the Official link between Aboriginal Culture and Spirituality, and as such, declare the Voice as being unconstitutional, because of the Legal borderlines between Church and State. A Referendum that has no reason to be, except in dividing the Country, should be cancelled.

What counts as "so many"? All the statistics I've seen show 80-90% support among indigenous people for the proposal. Do you have access to some other information?

I have been a student of Aboriginal issues for well over 40 years. In that time I have seen little effect on the welfare the Aboriginal people in the poor areas. What I have seen is an ever increasing budget and a certain class of Aboriginal people and NGO Ceos become enriched. As with many things run by governments for the poor around theworld the poor continue to suffer and a middle class wins. Any law that is race based is inherently racist and wrong and never helps those truly in need.

Totally agree it should have been 2 questions. Albo has done indigenous people a great disservice by not offering them to be recognised in isolation and separated from the question of the voice. Why should I allow any politician to alter my constitution in favour of ATSI People (3.5% of our pop) when the "Voice" changes will totally exclude me from being involved in their recommended changes? While i respect Mundine and do believe he is a very smart man, I don’t believe he understand fully what he is opposing. He has had the privilege of making it out of poverty, living most of his life well-off and disconnected from the tough social issues that effect most indigenous-Australian’s. The Voice is abouut recognising we are different but, but doing what’s right, listening and working together, for a better future for all Australians. It’s that simple. If we say no, we are saying we don’t care about Aboriginal-Australian culture, we don’t respect thier people and their struggles and we don’t understand them. Voting YES is the right thing to do.

That definition of spirituality doesn't provide anything which can be accurately measured in order to be independently verified, so it's not functional for the purpose you're attempting to use it for.
