It is almost like we are being asked to vote in a Referendum to suspend democracy. Didn't this happen just before WWII in Germany? The model being voted on is ill defined, vesting power to a minority. We know it is not a preamble (as we have not been asked to vote for that). Why is it being put in the Constitution? Because It would be harder to remove or change compared to legislation. We are not being asked to voted for this vague (to us) model; there is a reason it is being poorly defined...
