Figarland family is makin moves. Most likely gonna be as important as some of the other famous lore-wise lineage in one piece (D. Clan, Buccs, Lunarians etc), or they are the "new era" lineage that will even maybe one day, now we are cooking so forgive me for what I am about to say, dare to take imu's throne or become what imu is today (and yes Stabs with garling's help/coup of the elders - they are in charge of the end game) Anyways my crackpot theories aside, and more of a logical take on it, It might simply be the case that this family, shanks garling stabs etc figarlands in general were always this sort of monstrous conqueror haki users, either bred to be this way since ancient times or currently for example, that have always scaled high in history or again, are at least in this era now. Can't ignore the fact 3 of them are on the 12 race to the one piece, AND one is a yonko, the other ex supreme commander of holy knights into elder and the last this man presumably OF COURSE it isn't confirmed but I hate people who argue with non confirmed when talking theories. Like yeah. Duh. LMAO. my other crackpot theories: holy knights are all chosen specifically based on their haki skills, perhaps even being finally a faction of all or nearly all Conqueror's spirit as we assumed about the elders this would explain why they all have really strong haki usage and then raised to fight elders are chosen by the next in line so whoever was supreme commander if or when an elder is "fired", but it's seen as a more political position, the holy knights are still scaling higher than the elders perhaps this means not every one but as a faction and the top 3-4 might be above every elder so imagine a squad of admiral level fighters maybe the head being putting them slightly above or near that yonko crew level cut off (which would be terrifying but I am biased so you think your own thoughts) AND they also get some access it appears to the imu which I assume it's their ability somehow teleportation makes me wonder if holy knights might not achieve immortality right, but could they all have some sort of claymore (the manga) vibe going where they do have some level of monster powers as well or will it just be hakimen with some techniques or something, or is it just a few are delegated eligible to be given imu's blood and turned half-human half-yokai and that takes years to "synthesize" to them or their leader and then when or if turned into a gorosei would become 99% monster after doing so like sacrificing their humanity/soul ^ food for thought though, mind is racing, cause this would give them maybe enhanced healing, teleportation and even could be imu's way of controlling them a bit - whereas for elders it is like imu owns your soul now, devil's contract in full, a holy knight is like magi where you are half fallen into depravity and can use both evil/good powers like sinbad using the black rukh and solomon's rukh or if star wars nerds darth revan using both dark and light side type of 'balancing'
