▶️About the Video: I was traveling around 400kms today and after crossing hosur, i felt the need of cleaning and lubing my bike chain, after finding out many service centers, had bad luck as it was morning time and nothing was opened. Around 10am i found out bajaj showroom and those guys told me that there is suzuki showroom nearby so better visit that place, after riding half and hour more, i found suzuki showroom and there i felt out of the place even owning the same brand bike.
They denied giving the service instead i can see clearly in the service center as there were almost no vehicles to be services, workshop technician initially accepted to fix the issue, but suzuki showroom manager denied on my face lol

Bhai I know someone who owns an old Suzuki access which is around from 2016, he is facing issues for parts availability, even in my locality there was a Gixxer 250 bs4 2nd model on sale for around 45000 rs, the reason was the owner wasn't getting any replacement parts. Suzuki parts availability becomes pathetic after 5-6 years. Hero, royal Enfield is better in terms of these things. Service centre ki chutiyapa to alagh hay sab ka but agar parts hi nhi milega to service ghanta hoyega.

GO PRO hota toh post mortem kar diya hota in logo ka, anyhow using DJI and was experimenting with video formats, settings and best quality preferences, mic setup wasnt installed. So bach gaye yeh log :P

i own a gixxer 150 , the suzuki showroom in my town denied me parts like chain set and said we would charge 500 extra for the part because i was not changing it there, like that some is some donkey sense right there , i told them they are to provide me part and they cannot deny me the sale of sparepart accoring to law then the manager rude as hell comes and says that go do a consumer complaint and they will not give parts out like i dont know where they get the audacity from

You should register a complaint against the service center to the Suzuki officials by calling them on toll-free number or by email them officially. This is pathetic that's they should hear our concern and solve it thank God after watching this i changed my mind i was thinking purchase a access 125 but i was noticed that there were too many complaints regarding the service center.

Suzuki’s sales and service is very disappointing. I went to take a test ride for V Strom SX and none of the showrooms have that bike available even to look, forget about test ride.

Only because of poor after sales service, sales figures are pathetic. I owned gixer 150 and planned to upgrade to gixer 250. But due to poor service I left the brand and opt Yamaha FZ 25. Completed 54000 kms and I’m very much happy with the product and services. I looking for if Yamaha launch any 400 cc segment in India.

One of the reasons for not going with SF250, after sales service. And you can always go to the road side mechanics for lubing, they'll charge like 30-40 rupees. That's what I do on tours, minimal weight as much as possible and travel light.

😂😂Update to my 3 day ago comment :- To mai aaj gaya showroom me parts ka update ke liye Manager ne parts dene ko mana kar diya. Bola ki march ending hai.parts order nahi kar sakte,itne chhote parts nahi milte. Maine unka nam pucha aur nikal gaya.piche se ek banda bulata hai Par mai nahi gaya. Ghar aa gya.mood off.

abhi branch aur us bande ka naam, mail mai add karo aur complain mai daal do 😂 yesterday only i talked to suzuki official, they clearly said any suzuki authorised showroom supposed to arrange any spare parts required by customer in 10-15 days max.

Yes brother, they are absolutely unprofessional. During my first service I asked them to check the cooling fan and clean the chain and lube. For cooling fan they simply denied we can’t check now and for chain clean and lube they charged me 250 rs and extra 18% GST . Then I came to home simply write a mail to their customer support team on very next working day they called me and explained him everything in detail then with in 10 mins I got call from service centre manager he was was like begging and pleading me to come to the service centre very soon to solve my issue. As that was a working day I visited their service centre on Saturday he immediately appointed a technician to check my bike he checked it with in 5 mins. So to be honest gentle humble hone ka koi fayda ni Otherwise bike is makhan

250 is common rate from chain cleaning and lube. I have a Fz25 they also charge me the same.

@@anirudhhhh yes I agree but they didn’t informed me before doing this. It’s ok I don’t have any issues regarding this. Over all chain cleaning charge was around 300 but same thing I am doing with my own chain cleaning kit. For a single clean it costs me less than 100. But I will admit that the chain looked very clean after their clean

@@bibhabmohapatra8548 True it is significantly cheaper to do it at home. Only at Hero showroom they charged me 250 for chain cleaning and lube but at the end gave me the chain lube spray bottle back. They told me next time when you come bring the bottle so we can use it. Hero is very budget friendly. I had a Xpulse for sometime.

I have heard numerable instances of bad service of Suzuki even I had a similar experience,Complained to higher authorities and the higher Suzuki team reached out to me and apologized but the service centre I visit is quite loose in terms of work.

I have 3 suzuki service centre in around 25 km range, the one nearest to me said they don't do vstrom. Other 2 are just rude, don't know anything about vstrom. I went to the local mechanic to adjust preload because the top machanic of Suzuki didn't know how it works, after adjusting it in local garage, the suzuki service centre people acted like why did you do it? They don't know how to do it, it might void warrenty, what and all did he touch? Seriously I'm questioning, why i bought this bike now😂

they all are busy in matsuri event with so call youtube influencers 😂 jokes aside, first of all always visit service centers for atleast 1st year, later you can visit your trust worthy mechanic for general service. But in case you dont want to go to suzuki centers, you can get it checked outside, but later when you visit service center, dont tell them anything that you have fixed it from local shops. Even though there isnt any issue, these guys need such excuses to loot money. be safe, have fun with your vstrom, its really a reliable machine if taken proper care. all the best.

I use a Honda 350.. And I was gonna upgrade to suzuki 650. But I hear such terrible things about their service that I have since dropped the plan and will now buy honda 500x after July as and when it's available. That wait is more tolerable than suzuki India after sales service reputation and behaviour

Tbh, my experience is very good so far. Got my first service done for v strom at Aryan Suzuki Bangalore and the people are really nice over there. Whenever I visit them for any small reason they're always happy to help me. I would recommend those of you staying in bangalore, can visit them once for better experience.

@@HELMETDUDE Hi bro. It's really good. Service advisors are really helpful there. The sales person Jagdish is a very nice guy, helped me a lot whenever I had any issues or needed any clarity. Would recommend everyone to buy/service from them only if possible.

I do have Gixxer Sf. And I live in so called high fi city Gurgaon where I regularly get my bike service from Suzuki's authorised service center. And exactly same issue I always face with my chain set. Everytime during every service I tell them to properly clean the chain instead of just spraying WD40 without any lube and without cleaning it by any brush. And their reply is - Arey Sir aise hi krte h aise hi hota h😂. Arey BC Atlas h kya jo aise hi hota h. BTW love your videos and efforts bhai

yes, they are. SF250 and this has almost basic kit similar, most of the things are similar, but not all. 10-15 days max from any branch if you order any particular spare parts.

That’s why hero is ruling the market, even though their bikes aren’t that much great but after sales service it’s absolutely mind blowing. Our home has 3 hero bikes, i am only looking after their maintainance and servicing. I am servicing them in different service centres I never disappointed that much when I compared to the service of suzuki. Once I lost my pillion seat of hero ignitor which is almost 10 years old and discontinued from 2014/15 but the dealer gave it to me within 7-8 days. That’s why Indian people are buying hero bikes only Meanwhile to say an average Indian is wise

no offense or anything negative, even i owned spendor after rx100, but maintaining a 1rk is easier than 1bhk, similarly even difficult to handle 4bhk flat. its easy to be at comfort and keep making profits, what bajaj tvs are doing is listening to customers, youth and enthusiast and taking risks, but ya no excuse when it comes to giving service, which nowadays lack at most of the dealership. unfortunately brand value is at stake because of such shitty attitude from such dealership and their team.

Yes I agree with you, one of my friend stuck on a highway while returning to his home. That time he was riding his xpulse 4v then he called a near by service station which almost 100 km from his hometown then that service centre manager send a technician and brought it it to the service centre. After checking they found that the fuel injector has some issues as they don’t have in spare so they requested to leave the bike there for few days. After a week he received his bike with a replaced fuel injector and the service centre manager managed everything under warranty. He didn’t have to pay for it.

Luckily I haven't faced anything bad with suzuki after sale, except once which got immediatly fixed after complaning. You happen to be in a place where you got to interract to dumb people. I would have called the suzuki help line number right there and have told about the experience, and files complain against that service centre.

Bhai mere new vstrom meh toh only 30km ride karne baad e engine oil leak ho raha tha , service center me new bike 1 week rakhne ke baad dekha ki front shocker se oil leak ho raha hai , suzuki me written complain karne ke baad sab sort out hua tha , workshop head mujhe to dhamki tak de raha tha ke keu mene written complain kia suzuki meh , yehi asli sach suzuki ka , 3 month ho gaya but suzuki ka 'free' jacket nehi mila ab tak , very pathetic , himalayan ya yezdi adventure le leta oh ache hota ab yehi lagta he

It's upsetting to hear such instances and experience , but this sort of alien and garbage experience we customers will mostly get from every brand. It's not new, whether suzuki RE or yezdi, such experiences are common. That's why it's important to figure out the correct dealer where you find helpful and decent people. Mujhe achha nahi lagta kisi ko dara na par wo log Mujhe seriously lete nahi the aur majak jesa banate the Pura service center ab pehchan jayega, parts ki ab fikr nahi Internet hai to achha hai nahi to ham to kuch nahi kar pate

Its not suzuki's fault Suzuki basically deals in scooters and and small CAPASITY vehicles, only those dealership are going to touch it which are authorised to do it. K.giri people let us say they did chain servicing of your bike(they are not authorised to do it but still if they did) and if it creats more problem then you would have made another video saying look at these people they can't even clean chain of bike They will not touch vstrome untill they are authorised from suzuki Use power of youtube cautiously brother

you got the point there talking on the behalf of that service center but that i find merely a excuse from such service center. How much expertise you need in applying a one round of lube on the chain? . . and if they really scared from suzuki to not touch vstrom, they could have simply said that 'we are not authorised to service vstrom, that would have been better answer to any customer.

During my v storm’s service they appointed a regular technician he didn’t even know what’s the optimum tyre pressure for v strom. He didn’t even know that these type of vehicle chains are cleaned and lubed with chain cleaner

I also have vstrom but after sales, the service is bullshit man totally! bike is best no doubt but service is shit. my vstrom just 1 month completed and my battery is dead, thanks to pune suzuki for that service ;) but vstrom bike is just awesome no word!

i know, never wanted to come up against any particular region state or language as people are very sensitive instead being logical, but i have faced this time to time living in chennai. Heart says we are indian and can squeeze easy nicely anywhere but not everyone thinks same. But this time while on tour it cant be ignored, so dediced to upload it. . . for ex last week i went to yamaha showroom, it was even bad experience, kinda racist & very arrogant from sales person. I have engulped that incident and moved on, and instead of workin on that footage i decided to trash it.
