Drop it a bag of rice to "fix" water damage. Never works. Its a troll 🤣 When i got water damage I just took the phone apart and let it dry. Works fine lol.

A great tip to get hard to reach or very tiny dirt, debris, or rice is to squeeze some hot glue in the port let it cool down with the tweezers part way in and then pull it all out in one go. The glue will stick to anything loose in there.

Superglue works better. Then buy an android with type c. Problem solved.

@@Shrimp8-Official 😂 Real funny. I guess you've never seen anyone repair phones before. When I take apart a phone the charging connector is all one piece of board, even when the phone is sealed it'll be hard for the connector to come out when it's soldered well onto the board. Super glue is obviously not to be used, but hot glue can easily be peeled off when cooled.

I’ve spend around one hour on an XR charging port, bought it for 40 euros because it would charge. Only wireless. These wasn’t dust in the port but some kind of glue substances. Picker, alcohol, mini brush and some patients. Works like a charm now!

This is probably dropped in water and then used rice to dry it out. Better to get silica gel packets and place your rice in a container with it. Do not open the packets tho. You can get silica gel packets online or save the ones you get when you buy certain things like new shoes since they're usually included

what do i do. My iPhone 11 pro was working just fine and was at 100% battery. I was using Spotify and then it suddenly turned off. I have not a clue what to do
