Just an FYI about The link for the list of Properties with no HOA It's up to the listing agent to indicate if there is or is not an HOA when he/she lists the property. So if it is not entered correctly (a home that actually is in an HOA but shown to not be in the MLS) it won't show up on the MLS correctly. So confirmation should be done to ensure there actually is no HOA, Most are entered correctly but I've seen a a few that aren't. Realtors huh? Do you tell your clients about getting water and mineral rights or an allodial title for their land? If not, you aren't doing your clients any favors. Do you know that water and mineral rights can be 3rd party owned and if you find oil or gold on your land you don't have any rights to it? Or that without an allodial title you don't Really Own your land? Do you tell them these truths?

I’m in Houston tx and have unrestricted land .. I called my county to find out about permits and I’m so confused . Do I need them or not 😭 I looked at the building codes and it doesn’t list unrestricted land . I asked them and they act like they can’t answer my question and I contacted a contractor and one said no I wouldn’t . I might need an engineer because of the area though (it’s a flood zone ) . I’m just lost lol

Indeed it was a informative clip... since you spoke about property tax at the very end of the clip, I would to ask a question which I am not sure if it's your area of knowledge but I thought anyway to ask, if someone lives in West Virginia and works in Virginia, would he or she pay state tax for both the states? Thanks in advance...

Thanks for the nice comment. Propety taxex are paid on the state in which the property is locate. Same I think for income taxes if it is your primary residence. But better check that last one -- just to confirm that.
