I kinda feel like his abilities are overpowered if you encounter smart killers. As the killer has the power to end a pallet looping chase. The final judgment is pretty much a Mori right there so. I’m not sure if this killer is going to be nerfed but it seems like it. This is my opinion and you can think what you like :)

Id be surprised if they don't increase his recovery time or the time it takes to drop the sword beforehand. Final judgment I'm pretty sure only activates when they'd die om the hook immediately anyways so I don't see why they'd nerf that since it's not as powerful as a mori and doesn't save much time.
