1- Case Creation: Once USCIS sends your I-797 approval notice, they will send your approved petition to the National Visa Center (NVC) for processing. At NVC, we will create your visa case and enter the data from your petition into the system. After creating your case, we will send you instructions for processing, as well as a Welcome Letter that includes your Case Number and Invoice ID
2- Case Review: Before the National Visa Center reviews your case, you must pay all fees and submit all required documents, such as:
Petitioner’s Affidavit of Support;
Supporting financial documents;
Applicant’s DS-260, and
Applicant’s civil documents.
Public Inquiry Response: such as changing address and withdraw your petition

So you say “sometimes the consulate will send you letter” at around 3:47. Does that mean sometimes they won’t send a letter? Currently at the stage where we have the welcome letter from NVC but stuck with what to do next.

HI, we got the welcome letter from the NVC. When we enter the case number in the Visa Status Check, it says "Invalid Application ID or Case Number". This is impossible as I am literally copying and pasting the number. I also typed it in and it does not work...? Any clue?

I found the answer. You have to select "Immigrant Visa" even though in some other places, the K1 visa is showed as a NON-immigrant visa. Very confusing.

they denied mine due to not meeting 2yr requirement. despite meeting the beneficiary 6mos after filling application. despite sending waiver they denied it. so what to do next? is it better to send a notice to appeal form with in 30days or send new application form since we are in the window of meeting with in 2yrs?

Hy sir. I have a question, my eb3 visa is in under process at NVC. Now as soon as i have sent my ds260 to my employer after sending all of my documents my employer has subsequently sent me form g28 to have my sign and the signs of my wife and my 3 kids. Now i try to get all possible information about form g28 i cant get any clue about my current process status. Can you guide me as what's gona be happen next? This is somewhat helpful up until Step 3 but a lot of the steps after that are too specific to Morocco 🇲🇦 and not relevant to other countries because they have a completely different portal to apply for a visa. Basically a lot of other countries NVC/Embassy's are more difficult or complicated compared to Morocco 🇲🇦 process highlighted in this video. Nevertheless it is helpful but the video is too general and you should specify that you may can’t follow this step by step process exactly due to different circumstances or challenges your respective country visa process may present
