These live studio versions are incredible. The addition of Abby and her violin is just the icing on the cake.

Getting some chills. A beautiful song and performance. Abby's tender vocals and expressive violin playing really make the song. Beautiful slide guitar and drums too.

I only came across you as an artist yesterday, but for the first time in many years I was blown away by this song. Stopped me in my tracks. After digesting your back catalogue in the past 24hrs it’s very clear to see that this passionate but epic sound as highlighted by this song is the formula that speaks to me in another level. I don’t usually comment on anything - but this was amazing.

It is so nice to hear someone write songs from the heart with an obvious love and respect for music and raw emotions. Noah's songs and his performance are so good; they move me and make me feel again. I have grown numb as I have grown older and have been battled addiction issues. I have been writing songs since I was 14 years old. Writing music has been the best therapy I have ever experienced. Thank you Noah for creating songs from your heart and soul.

You, how did I come to you When I never offered you comfort on most days? It's true, gravity pulled us through But I know I asked of you More than you could give, 'cause I couldn't take An empty room, a quiet place Filled with photographs of my mistakes You, how did I come to you? Through the window of a bedroom I saw you standing in the moonlight Like a diamond shining so bright Like a song on the tip of my tongue Is it alright if I tell you the truth? I never expected you Out of the blue and into the black I thought I was never coming back I'm not afraid of most things now I spend every day in a haunted house Surrounded by blood, and come, and shit And all of the things I can't forget I wish I could tell you just how it feels To stare into the blackness of the spinning wheel Over, and over, and over again It feels like this keeps happening You fell in love with a dying star A failing liver and a broken heart But if you can love me for all that I'm not I'll give you the rest of what I've got Source: Musixmatch Songwriters: Noah Gundersen
