And it's so sad how true they are. I too love Jesus and of course am sinful and imperfect also, but kindness is so so so underrated and rare among many Christians. Shouldn't be that way. ​@@redletterinsurance I agree it shouldn't but it could be argued that those who do such things are not necessarily Christians. In the end some will hear "Well done" and some will hear "Depart from Me". At the end of the day I think Christians are held to an impossible standard by much of the world where most of believers are knowingly imperfect, messy individuals deeply in need of a Savior "everyday" striving towards sanctification. Those carry the name Christian are all at different points in that journey. My most difficult times have been within the church not outside. But I know that while Man will fail, Christ will never fail. And I am to forgive all since I have been forgiven of all, I am to bear all, endure all and keep no record of wrong. To your point it is not as common as it should be but I think this has to do with folks who proclaim Jesus with a head knowledge but not a heart and mind knowledge I also think it is far more prevalent than we give it credit.

I lost three people close to my age at three different times of my life, the most recent being around a month ago. I'm 18. I feel like God has abandoned me. And as an almost-athiest, I feel like this song encapsulates what I've been feeling. Begging to Jesus why these horrors were allowed to happen. Begging for answers. ...Never give up on God. He is very real and active in our lives, even if we don't yet see Him. Scripture says that all of Creation reveals Him. But to have a personal relationship with him...he must call us. John 6:44, 65. I thought l was saved much of my life, for saying that unbiblical sinners prayer. But truth is...that's not what Scripture says. God must Birth us into the Kingdom of God. John 3:3 "except a man be Born Again he cannot see the Kingdom of God" v5 says we must be Born Again to enter into the Kingdom. Born of water and Spirit is Titus 3:5, the washing of Regeneration and renewing of the Holy Spirit. Call out to the Father...ask Him to send The Holy Spirit to show you The Son. We serve One God who consists of 3 Divine persons. God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit. If you desire to start reading Scripture...start in the Gospel of John. Remember these 2 vital truths, would of helped me Soo much...God is Triune, a Trinity. And Salvation is by Faith alone in Christ alone to the glory of God alone. Faith God gives us. He also grants us Repentance at the New Birth. God Bless you and your journey...l will pray for you. You are Not alone. 📖🌷💕
