TNT2310 see I consider part of the sickness album nu metal and a majority of indestructible as nu, but the rest doesn’t get hard enough to classify as metal. Take pain redefined from ten Thousand Fists. You’re a bassist so that is a fantastic example of groove rock, with an amazing melody. Can’t be metal

I’d say the majority of what they were going for should be considered their overall genre, not just what people choose to listen to specifically, even if the sickness and indestructible are their more popular albums.
