Yeah there is only 2 RNG parts which is Angie the doll (I just go the the fastest spots in the hopes of having good RNG) and the door crests going to the castle, having that little RNG definitely makes the run a lot better in my opinion. Was a lot of fun seeing the entire reaction to the run it's an amazing speed game for sure, thanks for the reaction!

Noah, there are a lot of out of map glitches that are possible. The reason speedrunners don’t do them is because the game has triggers at the end of every boss fight. If you don’t hit those triggers and somehow skip ahead, the game soft locks.

To answer the off-topic question you asked: Refresh rate is how fast the image on your monitor refreshes and changes. Frame rate is how many images your monitor is displaying every second. Your PC can be capable of 120fps but if your monitor doesn't have a high enough refresh rate, those frames are useless. Thank you for coming to my ted talk

@5:00 he pause buffers to turn around frame perfect in order to skip the jumscare cutscene when the ceiling collapses above you. It saves about 3 seconds depending on how quickly you do it.

I figured it out on my play through, at the part where he lifts you in the air he’s no metal bending he actually forms a giant fan on his back that he uses to lift you and the tank that he can’t metal bend in the air👌🏼

Well since Noah asked I will answer him,he probably won't see it but I will still say what the difference between fps and refresh rate is for people that don't know,basically FPS is how many frames your computer is producing or drawing, while the refresh rate is how many times the monitor is refreshing the image on the screen.the refresh rate is measured in Hz(the measuring unit of frequency)while fps...... Well fps is self explanatory,its measured in frames/sec

DLC Idea based on what Noah was talking about at 48:40. DLC is that actually Ethan is still in that house and all the actions after that point was just one of her illusions and fantasy's to have everyone else killed so she could be Miranda's favourite.

He uses the WCX Assault Rifle on Bosses because when you use the Stake on a boss before their transition animation finishes, you get them at 1 health so they just need a single bullet to finish them off. WCX guarantees you to hit that bullet if you spray early. Like for the Urias Boss, you can damage him up top but can't kill him until he goes to the ground. So you get him to 1 health while up top and then finish him when he gets down below

You should watch the Little Nightmares 2 speedrun, it uses some crazy tech! Distortion2 is the old world record holder, and while he isn't the record holder anymore, he has the speedrunner attitude that you would totally love. (Explains some stuff, does crazy things nonchalantly, complains about being half a second slow, etc.).

It's called adaptive difficulty I believe it became a thing in 7 or the 2 remake. Ammo spawns increase when you have low ammo

It’s not that more out of bounds skips haven’t been found, because you can get out of bounds almost anywhere with a doorway and a pipe bomb. It’s because the game triggers for certain events are so INCREDIBLY specific that there’s not much that is able to be skipped. Waifuruns has a really good video on this

Refresh rate mean how fast your monitor refreshes per second (hz). Frame per second or FPS is how many frames your game is running at. And having a higher hertz monitor does not improve FPS.

49:55 framerate is number of FPS game is currently runing at, refresh rate is number of FPS ur monitor is showing (it has unit of "HZ" but HZ pretty much mean FPS. 60HZ refresh rate = 60FPS shown at max). Some games have refresh rate as option to set, what basically just locks FPS at set number or as some of my friends say "helps u reach that number if ur hardware is lacking power". As far as in game option is temporary and only working in this game, you can always change refresh rate in ur monitor options what sets it permanently for whole pc but keep in mind that cheaper monitors can show just 60HZ at best so if you don't have 120 or 140+ options, it's not a bug, it's just your budget monitor being budget monitor and yes, when ur game is running at bazilion FPS and ur monitor supports 60HZ max, u do see 60 FPS anyways, all the sweat of ur gpu and cpu and all those additional frames goes for nothin. In case you asked in terms of speedrun, idk
