Interesting. I wonder, what would happen if you arrange the subs in a hybrid setup combining both cardiod and endfire? I've never seen anyone do it, so it's probably not a good idea.

With two subwoofers would you recommend placing them as close as possible. Or place them with a calculated gab like a mini line?

What result are you expecting? Can you upload an image of the room?

Thanks for reminding me of the SAD! I am going to try to apply that with some cardio d&b VSubs :)

Hey Nathan! Your videos are always a great source of information, especially for beginners like me. Random question: what is your opinion about subwoofers on platforms? like in this video, I'm pretty sure you did time aligned the subs to the mains right? but what would be the pros or cons of placing those subs on a platform as high as the stage? would it work? shouldn't never be done? Thank you!

Hey Rober, thank you! I generally try to avoid it for fear of generating some kind of resonance. In this particular case I would I'm concerned that the vibration might bother the musicians. Also, I wonder if the stage is small enough that the a ground reflection would create a comb filter. By the way, free workshop coming up: facebook.com/events/383467197318145/

Why was the stage pointed in that direction? So many problems solved by moving the stage to a better spot.

hmmm, I think the stage was pretty much center with the audience. What's your suggestion?
