Someone mentioned why the toilets doors has a window underneath them is because they cause less, and you can easily see if someone passes out in the toilet(which is kinda weird) I'm not sure if this actually the reason.

Yes the actual reason they are so high is so if someone has a medical emergency in the toilet paramedics can get them out. This design form became popular during the opioid crisis where many people would OD in the stall and collapse to the floor. In those crucial moments needed to save someones life they can easily pull the person out from under the stall door or walls.

ok so in the US they put the doors that high up off the ground so in an emergency the person in the stall can get on the dirty disgusting smarmy ground to crawl out underneath the door. (Emergencies: a flood of poo and other disgusting things from too many idiots not flushing & other idiots putting things down the loo that do not have any business being flushed! also, the locks on these "doors" are shyte. They DON'T work when you need them to and DO work when you do need to open the door! Also people here panic tf out when any alarm goes off ... and they legit will forget how to twist the latch 1/4 turn to unlock the door in the event that the lock does actually function properly.)
