Excellent interview. Regarding the climate crisis, leaders will need to walk-the-walk. Unless leaders embrace inconveniences that they want everyone else to accept, the average person will resist policy initiatives. Flying personal jet aircraft to climate conferences and living in supersized homes with perfectly manicured lawns, among the other luxuries, isn't leading. There cannot be "them" and "us" in a global issue that they claim is existential.

Adam, I'm glad you are back with an excellent guest. Spence made many very valuable comments. Two that I liked the most were his advice to policymakers to focus on the positive aspects of AI (like usage by small businesses) and not just regulate its negative aspects.
