Rather than bashing on him maybe try listening to how it’s done. The opportunity is still there for you if you financially educate yourself and start small, just as he did.

Doesn’t end well for the middle American dream. - You will own nothing, eat bugz, live in a coffin apartment and be happy. Adam - Maybe a discussion on C40 cities would go a long way toward helping people and esp the younger gen’s realize what they are being ushered into if they don’t make some changes and get involved in future political trajectories. One person cannot change the world alone, but an organized and informed proactive public can affect impact.

Also wish you had talked with him about how illegal immigrants affect housing, rent and our future of rentals. with an estimate of 10M to 15M immigrants in the last couple of years that must have a big impact.

Never in my life have I believed in rent control, however…. As long as they favor large investment groups… I think rents should be pegged to CPI like everything else… This will help, however, I think single family should be limited to 10 homes. That should include fractional ownership. I have been a life time free enterprise guy. No longer as RNC Inc. & DNC Inc. Have turned our country into a corporate enterprise.

When you off shore all of your industry and good paying jobs like USA did starting with Clinton -- you have to create the illusion of wealth and that is what the housing market has become. You lower interest rates that allows people to borrow more without paying a larger monthly payment and then you allow these same people to use their home equity as a ATM which they use to buy things - we pumps a FAKE CREDIT BASED ECONOMY. Without more money coming in -- the economy tanks. Today, we have the consumer completely indebted up to their eyeballs paying very high interest rates on their credit cards - it will all fall down. Big money sitting on sides lines will buy these houses up for pennies on the dollar - and we have POTTERSVILLE all enabled and orchestrated by your own Govt under the guise they want to help you. Evil masquerading as good.

What people seem to miss is that only the "real interest rate" matters. If inflation is 1% and interest rates are 3% the real cost of money is 2%. If inflation is 6% and interest rates are 7%, the real cost is only 1%. The real interest rate is not higher, which is why house prices have not really fallen.

Most billionaires are trying not to attract negative attention to themselves by flaunting how much they've accumulated. But a few wealthy people are desperate for recognition and attention it seems.

Government could STOP IT and it chooses not to --- well will happen is you will not be able to get a loan to buy house-- and all houses will need to be bought in cash, not something most people can do, especially first time home buyers.

Yes,.. bring Ken on for a Q&A. I got into rental income properties relatively late, so understand on a relatively smaller scale what Ken deals with,.. why cash flow first and appreciation if it happens, last,.. And with me,.. timing was perfect,.. I started buying foreclosed homes before and after the GFC and they all cash flowed pretty significantly,.. even more so as the years went on and rents went up. But I'd be interested in hearing how he got into (ie financed it, was it an A, B, C fixer upper,.. or a new complex he got onto with connections,..) his first few apartment complexes.

1:03:35 yeah, I feel like this guy's lost in the game. That he forgets that big changes happen during times of strife. A lot of these Wall Street guys rely on consumers, so if you do this sort of thing, it crushes their buying power because it ruins their individual prosperity.

@Burntbranchcreekbees5 сағат бұрын
@@malackarajFirst off, he said he owns 10,000 apartments, not homes. So as this all plays out and rents drop, he will be at risk. Secondly, he is allowed to own them because we live in America. People who advocate the government limiting our freedoms and dictating what we own and how much of something we can own, and how much we are allowed to sell something for, or what we must pay for it I see as short sighted.
