They dont have customer support over call. Whatapp support only.I didnt got delivery of Nobero and keeps saying 24-48hrs it will be deliverd. Location is mumbai. Please dont buy from there website. Still didnt got delivery from last 10 days

If we place order in Nobero, it is not delivering. Keep staying in delivery hub. No proper customer support. By WhatsApp support they are keep saying please wait for 24-48 hours. It has been more than 5 days after reaching into my nearest hub. They are not giving their contact number or address to collect the parcel. The delivery partner is Smartr logistics. How did you receive your order?

@@minalghonge143 I keep asking the status through WhatsApp support and mail. And also I have registered a complaint in Grievance complaint portal. The very next day, I have received my parcel. But it took around 6 days delay.

After threatening them by WhatsApp to complaint against nobero and smart logistics, they have delivered my parcel. As informed to them I have registered complaint in Indian grievance portal. After received my parcel, I have withdrawn my complaint. It took around 7 days to deliver me after reaching to my local delivery hub.
