Nobility Obliges (Ishgard Theme) - Final Fantasy XIV | Fingerstyle Guitar

Here's another fingerstyle guitar rendition of an FF14 track. "Nobility Obliges" is hands down one the most sophisticated pieces I've ever attempted to learn to play. It's right up there with FF9's "Sleepless City Treno". Hopefully I did it justice with this arrangement.😀

bought ff14 2 weeks ago. just opened Ishgard 2 days ago, cried in glorious splendor to the music, googled guitar tabs, found this video, havent slept since trying to nail this song. Its glorious and technical just like i like it. Smooth Slidesteps and excellent DPS in this video. Well done.

Thank you! I too have spent many a time standing in the city just to listen to the music. After finishing Heavensward and moving to Stormblood content, I found myself missing Ishgard 😔

@@sam.246 Oh yes, Stormblood OST is awesome so far. The moment I stepped foot in Kugane, I already wanted to do a fingerstyle arrangement of the theme xD And Yanxia? Oh my god, I love the daytime field theme there. I thoroughly enjoyed Heavensward. I can see why it has become widely known as the "award-winning" expansion to the "critically-acclaimed Final Fantasy XIV", like the meme says lol.

Unfortunately I don't have tabs for this. I do have chord sheet though: m.facebook.com/story.php?story_fbid=474770803929355&id=100041893192952 I learn most songs by finding chords and then just learning the melody by ear based on those chords, so that's why I only have the chord sheet for this one
