chicken 1der it does matter. Players can ‘try’ really hard & run around lots & lots & shouting orders but it doesn’t mean they are any good. When was the last time you heard a youngster say they wish they wanted to be Mark Noble when they grow up? I’m not disputing his effort but technically he’s a very average footballer. He made his senior debut in 2004 & to this day has never been looked at by an England manager - even Jake Livermore has England caps & that says something. I look forward to your reply.
