I have to agree that it's a waste of time and material with this fix. A patch kit costs 3 dollars in the states and you use a tiny bit of glue. Your solution would waste a ton of glue and waste the energy to heat the mixture up. Interesting but impractical.

I suppose when you are bored to dead you find useless things to occupy your time. You can get 5 auto adhesive pads for 3 quids in UK. Takes seconds to glue.

The only thing worth saving from the video is the construction of the propeller to stir the glue. This idea can be useful for stirring paint and other fluids with the drill. The rest is pure garbage, a waste of time and resources.

Personally, I prefer Slime brand Skabs tire patches for quick fixes. Locate leak, scuff up the rubber, peel the protective layer off the patch and stick it over the hole. No glue needed. Nice and neat. Only a few $$ for a pack of 6 that weighs just ounces and fits into the smallest of spaces in your saddle bag or jersey pocket.

Сложно, дорого. Всю жизнь ремонтировал камеры по простому. Смачиваю кусочек сырой резины бензином. Накладываю сверху резиновую заплатку, кусочек бумажки, чтобы не приклеилась к покрышке, собираю и накачиваю, на машинах так делал. Хватает на 25 - 30 тыс. Балансировку можно сделать позже. Главное добраться до жилья. А на велосипеде, такой ремонт на всю жизнь. Ремонт, вместе со снятием и установкой колеса, занимает не более 10 минут. Некоторые на тренировались и колесо не снимают, бортируют прямо на машине. Видел не однократно, но сам не пробовал.

Lo que más me gustó de este útil Tutorial es la alternativa de aprender a elaborar y utilizar ese pegamento fortalecido con bicarbonato de sodio, ya que esos tubitos de pegamento conque los fabricantes acompañan a los parches profesionales aparte de volatizarse fácil y rápidamente en breve tiempo de tenerlos guardados, no suelen rendir mucho y se queda uno con el montón de parches sin usar y sin tener con qué pegarlos a la cámara en las posteriores ponchaduras. Muy buena solución que tendré muy en cuenta para la próxima vez que se ofrezca. Ahora, respecto al “refresco” gaseoso, prefiero utilizar cualquier otra lata de lámina para elaborar el pegamento de referencia y no tener que beber esa cosa, en fin, cada quien.

The whole point of using vulcanisation glue for tyre repair is to merge patch and tyre surfaces. I don't think hot glue and baking soda will achieve the same effect.

A mí la bicicleta que más me gusta es la de montaña, Mountain Bicyclet. Y de preferencia rodada 29”. Está hecha para aguantar carrilla. No significa que no me agrade darle mantenimiento seguido, y muy especialmente a su Cadena y transmisión, sino que su alta resistencia me asegura más no dejarme tirado a tiro por viaje.

Mix hot glue with baking soda for high strength that the whole point. Btw should use tire liner (aka Mr tuffy) no punch first time 😊😊😊

Mit einem Flickenset bin ich schneller und billiger wenn der Flicken drauf ist benutze ich 2 Brettchen und Klemme ihn im Schraubstock ein mach ich aber auch nicht mehr kostet zu viel Zeit alter Schlauch raus neuer 2 € Schlauch rein Wessis sind eine Wegwerfgesllschaft 😢😮
