Book A Discovery Call - To see if we'd be a good fit to work together. It's time to take action to create your best self: theconsciousma...
Many men have gained the world but lost their soul. They have the car, the house, the girl, but have lost themselves along the way. External results mean nothing without the inner peace and integration to enjoy them. The outer trappings and achievements just become the icing on the cake, not the cake itself.

The song at the end is called "Safe," I wrote, sang, and recorded it with my friend Jordan. It is currently unreleased.

Dude. Perfect. I had extreemely horrible struggles for years and years. And I have arrived at the same conclusion after no therapist, no family members nor friends, nor prayer not anything helped me even one bit. It finally dawned on me.. "holy shit... nobody can save me... it's me or literally nobody. nobody ever ever". I have been working soo soo hard ever since that. I think I see some light after quite a few years of intense struggle with my life.

This is called the self-empowerment stage my friend. It is the opposite of the victimhood mentality. Amazingly during the this stage, if you keep an open heart, you might realize you were never alone. That there was some kind of divine force guiding you the whole time, just waiting for you to use the power that has always been within you.

Being a man is not about how many women you can sleep within your life time nor is about the muscles which wouldn't hurt either, or the number of people who adore you. Being a true masculine man is about getting back up when you think your life is over, that resilience to keep going amidst all the odds against you. A great man forges his way through the adversities of life. Always remember, there's no situation that you can't handle - we fight till we die gentleman. That's the masculine burden, learn now or learn the hard way. "Man has himself and that's enough" - Jerr PS- I am also going through the trench, maybe I wrote this for myself to myself. Keep well gentlemen. Thank you The Consious Man for the timely upload, I appreciate you.

Blud, I was literally talking to myself like a delusional fool about this specific topic yesterday. I have always seen the world as growing or dying. No one gives a fuck because we have been training our society to push down feelings, and suppress who we desire to be, we are expected to become mature human beings but we treat ourselves and others like animals. As a teenager, I had the honor of working for an excavating contractor owned by a ww2 veteran - US Army. When a teen starts digging with a mud shovel or swings a 16 pound hammer for long, their hands blister. Dirt gets in the wounds when the blisters pop, and exhaustion sets in. This Veteran pushed me forward like this.. " If the mind doesn't mind, the body doesn't matter! I am trying to teach you how to succeed in Public Works! I want better for you, so keep digging!" After 2 years with that company I was in peak physical condition, but the real gift was the increase in determination. I am in my late 40's and I have COPD, among other things, but that spirit still carries me forward. I can do many things still. I need breaks, I just can't quit. My point is, do what you can, push yourself, and let God handle the rest. He crumbled the walls of Jerecho, but the tribes of Israel still had to march on the city holding weapon and shield. We are called to sacrifice for our families, to provide, and protect. It can get painful, keep digging! If the mind doesn't mind, the body doesn't matter.

Im about to be 40 soon and all of my life I`ve had the terrible habit of keeping most people at a distance and eventually pushing people out of my life. I never wanted to be that way but I've been aware of it for a long time, used to think "it is what it is" but in reality its been ruining my life. A little over 2 months ago I had a falling out with someone I care a lot about, someone very dear to me, because of a misunderstanding left unspoken and untreated. It was gnawing at me and making me miserable for those 2 months... yesterday I went up to her to talk, open a dialogue and mend things. Its a start... baby steps.... but after doing that I had to find a spot to sit down by myself and I cried, because I felt a immense weight being lifted

Thanks brother. I hate life and my experience. The moment creates so many uncomfortable sensations in my body, that make me not want to be here. I spend quite a lot of time wishing it be different, but hey this what I got. And all of a sudden the sensations can clear and I can have a beautiful experience. But anyways my biggest concern is to see others as myself. I often feel a desire to believe I am the only thing that exists. But I would truly love to grow enough to be able to understand and talk to any human being non judgementally. Unfortunately for me, incur so many intrusive thoughts of violence and dark sexual nature. But hey it is what it is. I do believe in the alchemical process of gold however. And it be my purpose to transform the muck myself. And as you say only I can do it for me. Thanks Conscious Man!

I think most people do care about your mental health, but you have to remember that they have their own lives and you might not be their biggest priority. Mental health is a reason why some people behave certain ways but that doesn't always mean that behavior is okay. I find a lot of people say "I'm sorry i have depression" and expect full forgiveness for anything, but that isn't right as the person you're dealing with has their own emotions and feelings and can't just be your emotional punching bag. One of the biggest problems I found with people with low mental health is not having appropriate conversations. Unloading deep personal stuff on people who see you as a casual work colleague just isn't going to go well, most people don't have the emotional capacity to handle that. If it's really severe depression I do feel that's a job for a therapist not a friend or new partner.

Many people around me, even my friends, have subtlety dropped “I’m not your therapist” or “I don’t get paid enough to deal with your problems” enough times for me to know, most people don’t care about your mental health beyond how it impacts them or makes them feel when they see you.

You’re right that having a sense of self-love is important but by no means should this discourage men to not seek help. Fighting this battle alone sucks, some make it while others don’t. It’s way better/healthier to fight this with a supportive community behind your back than the other way around. Generally speaking, saying “Nobody gives a f*** about your mental health” or “Nobody will save you” is further from the truth. There are people that do care and will save you if you’re in a life-threatening situation. The title was definitely clickbait but overall the video is great! 👍🏻

There are stages of enlightenment. First Stage: When we realize we are all one, there is no separation, an infinite kaleidoscopic mirror. Second Stage: The implication that you are both the creator and the created. Playing with that with a sense of bewilderment. Third Stage: Realizing if we are all one, and there are other's still suffering, then we aren't truly enlightened. Humbling. Fourth Stage: Claiming your part in the great unification effort (God's Plan, Dharma, The Great Work) Fifth Stage (and Beyond): The cosmic party 🥳 new adventures, etc

She responed with "You missed the point", he replied with more "**IT" talking. I added "Don't worry about Tyler Durden. He's just looking to pick a fight. But we don't talk about that here. Remember that character is just a figment of the Narrator's imagination. That persona speaks volumes." Than your video mentions Tyler Durden! What is going on!

Nobody will ever understand what I and so many are going through. Its good to know that there are men out there who found that peace of mind and heart. Men who found out who they are. I'm struggling to get to that point, I've been trying for years but I've been hitting dead ends on dead ends, rock bottom multiple times to the point I have no energy anymore. Sorry for being so negative, I feel like I need to give up completely to open the doors to the path of freedom you know, I feel like I need to not have any ambitions, goals and wants so I can use that energy to find me, to get lost in me so i can find something that will help. I hope to find the energy to try again, I am mentally exhausted but I am hopeful. I pray that everyone finds their path, find themselves its beautiful. Nothing hanging over your shoulders, peace of mind and heart. In that state life becomes more clear and more meaningful. To everyone struggling just hang in there, hold on to whatever you believe in, be it religion or yourself or some other thing. It takes a lot of strength to wake up everyday and act like you're okay to your family and friends. Believe in yourself, trust yourself and forgive yourself. As he said you are loved and you matter to someone, you do.

Keep going brother, in many ways I feel the same way, so tired. I think you are right about lowering our goals/ambitions to whatever we can manage. We each have our unique challenges, and if surviving is all we can manage right now, that's OK. I feel I am making slow progress, so although extremely tempted to give up, I think I can carry on a little longer...

@@stuart3808 Thanks for the kind words brother. I do hope that it gets better for you. Yea keep trying man, if that's all we can do now then its ok. Whatever it takes to survive this storm. Suffering changes someone because it takes a piece of you and the changes can be unpredictable, so I hope we can get to the other side as good men, calm men. With you till the end man.

Okay we don’t need anyone to fix our problems. The problem is that men aren’t seen or heard. Sure we can look within and fix it ourselves but all of what you said in the video is something most men are doing. It’s what we have been doing. All of these “empowerment” movements have divided and suppressed everyone else’s struggles aside from the trending empowerment. So the women’s empowerment movement has made men hide away their struggles because it is already assumed that we have it easy in comparison when really we just suffer from different problems. The world seeks to divide not come to an understanding. We don’t need anyone to hold our hand or fix our problems. The world just needs to recognize with unsaid words that men struggle, we are struggling, but you don’t need to intervene. Just praise the good in men and we will mold and lean into our light.

I tried telling my family about tge significance of psychedelics in my spirituality, and it just caused them to destroy it. I’m left thinking whats the point. The progress I made spiritually has been destroyed. Theres a belief in gnosticism and that is that knowledge gained from personal experience shouldn’t be shared flippintly because it will cause destruction. So if I could give advice to anyone reading this it would be this; don’t try to share your spritual knowledge with just anyone. You will know if they’re on your level and if theres no one on your level around you, then I’m sorry. You need to keep it to yourself in that case. Maybe reach out online and talk to the conscious man community.

I often feel INADEQUATE, but ...we ARE ALL inadequate in sime ways. That's why we need each other. No man is an island. (You can't save yourself, but Jesus already waved all of us!
