Benny, I never was a fanboy of any particular CCM artist during the early 80s but I there was many songs that touched my heart in West Germany where I was stationed. Surely "Be a Receiver" and "Nobody Knows Me Like You" was ones that always were not far from my heart and mind! I'm so glad that you had a very active ministry well into the 2000s. Heard this live in concert in the year he released it...it still ministers to me like it did back then...thank you Benny for your heart and hands that were used to minister to this new Christian. I now am an ordained minister, married to the most amazing woman in the world, and have three children who are all serving Jesus in their own sphere of influence...and recently retired from USAF after serving for 21 years...14 of those as a chaplain. To God be the glory!

The Lord used this song to confirm a vision i experienced today as I spent intimate time with the Lord. Totally blessed me and confirmed exactly what had happened to me when the Lord came wrapped His arm around and told me He loved me and that everything was going to be all right. You can well imagine I really came undone and I have been crying most of the day because His love so overwhelmed. Thankyou Ana for making this video to one of my favorite songs of Benny Hester. I grew up listening to his music when he first started out. I use to live in Las Vegas where Benny was and he used to write and sing jingles for businesses. One was for The Carpet Barn...so glad he let the Lord into his life. God bless you as i had a similar experience in jail in 1981! By four men and nearly beaten to death! God spared me!!It definitely keeps me humble!! Attempted suicide twice and i am still here! HE has seen me thru a lot and i thank HIM for never leaving my side! To God be the Glory!!
