When Toy hugs her red KZbin pillow, it reminds me that, when I was healing from open heart surgery, the hospital gave me a big red heart shaped pillow that I was supposed to squeeze against my chest to keep the pressure when I coughed from reopening my chest.

@@toy4871 It was the year before Covid happened, so I'm pretty well recovered by now, but it was a hell of a year. I stared out going to the ER in kidney failure because a kidney stone was causing so much pressure to back up that it was destroying my kidney. Then the small stab incision they made in my kidney to relieve the pressure until they could get me into surgery to remove the stone caused so much internal bleeding that my heart couldn't get enough blood, and I had a heart attack and ended up in the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit (CICU). After a few months setting things up so my life wouldn't fall apart while I was laid up and unable to manage things, I had heart surgery and went to the CICU afterwards. After I was sent home, a cyst on my back got infected, and I had to have in incised and drained, and I was going to the outpatient clinic weekly for wound care. When my breastbone was healed enough that they didn't have to worry about it coming apart while they were moving me around on the operating table, I finally got the kidney stone removed. Then I got a post-op infection that was sending me into toxic shock an landed me in (not cardiac) Intensive Care Unit (ICU). Looking back on it, it was very interesting, but living through it was miserable. However, by September I was well enough to go to the Autumn Moon Festival in Chinatown, and I picked up some treats there to take to the staff at the CICU, the ICU and the wound clinic. As I was leaving the CICU, the attending physician stopped me to tell me that they usually don't get to see the patients after they're transferred from the CICU to the regular wards, so it meant a lot to them that I cam back to tell them I was doing well and to thank them for all they did for me while I under their care. That made me feel really good.

Great show, Toy! 💖 One thing I like about this movie is how all these guys who think they're tough talk to him about what they would have done or how they would have handled it. A cool guy, a tough guy, a stud, a bad-ass or what have you never has to say jack. It really falls to "The ones who talk the most do the least." That's something I really liked about this movie because that's exactly how it is. Cool people never have to tell anyone how cool they are. They don't need to impress anyone because they know what they are about and what they've been through. Truthfully, in any situation, unless you've been there, you really don't know, but everyone and their grandpa is sure as hell willing to chime in about what they WOULD have done. I really liked this movie and I really liked watching you see it for the first time! I think Hannah would love it! Best to you- ❤

I don't know if you noticed, but when Pops raises the remote control to turn down the TV volume after killing the two hitters in his room, you can see on his wrist the same off-suit 2 & 7 tattoo. Also the Barber is wearing gold off-suit 3 & 8 cuff links, implying a higher rank in the same unit. In the deleted scenes he is shown intimidating witnesses for Hutch (the DoD mole and Hutch's father-in-law & brother-in-law)

It's from the show 'The Good Place' which in my opinion is one of the greatest TV comedy shows ever created. It's the latest show from Michael Schur, the same guy who brought us 'The Office' (US Version ofc), 'Brooklyn 99', 'Parks and Rec', etc. You're not allowed to curse in The Good Place, therefore words like 'Shit' becomes 'shirt', Fuck becomes 'Fork', Ass becomes 'Ash', etc.

The scene where the old dude says thank you for the service because he sees the tattoo on Hutch's wrist describes the type of person he is. Its a 7-2 off suit, the worst hand you can have in poker. And its basically telling the person you're about to die. That's why the old dude was afraid, he knew what Hutch was.

Producer's note: a couple of fun easter eggs that are hidden in the movie that only Russian speakers can understand: When Aleksey first gets on stage, he sings a song about an accountant or bookkeeper, which is what Hutch's job was. 18:53 I became a fan of this actress (credited as Dasha Naishuller in "Nobody" but known as Darya/Dasha Charusha in Russia) way back in 2005 when I saw her play one of the main characters in a Russian/Chinese co-produced min-series based on a popular (adopted to the screen three times so far) Russian WW2 novel titled "Dawns Here Are Quiet." Two quirky things about the mini-series were that, because it was aired in both China and Russia, the opening credits were in Russian while the closing credits were in Chinese, and because the story is so well known in Russia as an example of self sacrifice for the motherland, every episode ended with a WW2 history lesson and closing credits that showed each of the main character's death scene, revealing the ending which most of the Russian audience already knew from the novel and earlier movie version.

@@toy4871 Another cool action movie with lots of cool fighting with a super badass protagonist is "Ballerina". I think you would enjoy it. Also in a slightly more sci-fi/fantasy setting, there's "The Witch Part 1 Subversion" and its sequel "The Witch Part 2 The Other One". Those movies kick ass too! Great plot twists! And one last recommendation: "Haywire". That one is a lot more grounded in reality, which makes it even cooler. It stars Gina Carano, former mixed martial artist.

What movie? where?? sorry, I see it now! I was distracted by the incredible bodywork detail of that R2D2 there! :D -only kidding!!!- only half kidding!!! Just starting this reaction now, and yep I already know there will be some tense 'whoaaaaaa-hahaha' moments in this! :) I hadn't checked how poor Bob is doing these days, I guess he fully recovered, after binge-watching Better Call Saul to catch up, then a few weeks later hearing the news of his heart attack, it felt like a member of the family was ill, the drama with Saul & his brother in the 3rd season was incredibly realistic. And then Bob Odenkirk went all Statham on us with this great action flick!! I know this is a fantastic reaction already, so I'm typing it now so no need to edit that in later lol Thanking you Toy! Ah there we go, didn't take me long to edit my own comment again lol Yes! Colin (One) from Resident Evil, I've heard you mention the laser security cutting scene in another reaction, it took me back and I re-watched RE1 only recently! Good spot to notice him so fast! Holy Forking Shirt-Balls, and I lost it at that! lol I just wanted to add that for decades the 'bus fight' in Stallone's The Specialist was one of my fav cool fights, and then along came Bob (Nobody)'s bus fight scene lol
