I am so happy for Bob and his career arc. If you've never seen his humble beginnings, he and David Cross (Tobias from Arrested Development) had a sketch comedy show in the 90s called Mr. Show that is still highly regarded.

Of course the straw is a real thing, it’s hardly ever done because the paramedics show up with a Tubus most time is it’s a swelling that gives u a bit of time. If they can’t get it in a md has to do the cut. U really have to know how, but if he dies anyway if u don’t? U have to fix it, that was the unreal part, and the cut was a bit big, and it’s more blood
