On that first play you showed Theilen didn't get set for at least a second, we get called for that shit all the time. Not saying the refs are against us but for hell sake we get the dumbest shit called on us all the time that our opponents don't seem to get.

Maddox, i spurts playing ok. I thought we were done with Maddox too, not sure why he gets so many plays. Slay has been very good this yr and is tutoring Q. That PBU on 4th down by Slay was a big play. He flashed speed. im rolling with him while healthy to wnd of season. He wants a chip, and he's got years of experience.

@@lesterdiamonds27 running the football is how you win now anyway. NFL defenses have adapted to the pass. Now it’s all about creative run blocking. Haven’t you noticed how all 5 of them can pull? You never know who it will be. Confusing the defenses and wearing them down. They blink and Saquon is gone. Then Fangio puts in a fucking anaconda squeeze. He swallows offenses. This is a winning formula!

The Lions D is a MASH unit. Any team with a decent offense (Vikings, Packers, Texans) they've played has put up pretty big points. It just so happens that the Lions also put up points, but the only teams they've played with a decent D is the Bucs and the Vikings. And they lost the Bucs game, and that was BEFORE all the defensive injuries, while the Vikings game the Lions eeked out. It was a division game, though, so a win is a win; fair play. The Eagles D has been lights out the past 7 or 8 games and is fully healthy. Can the Lions banged up D stop Saquon? Or keep both Brown and Smith in check at he same time? I dunno about that. It's not a given that either team will win, but I'd lean on the Eagles a little bit there.
