I used this to make it so an Xigbar would always stalk the player. But made it also rendered as a non-combatant, allowing you to do actions like talk, interact with saves, loot treasure chests, etc. all while getting shot at. His health consequently, never drops to zero. So imagine an stalker of yours that has basically an buffed version of withstand combo and second chance. You CAN beat your stalker to NEAR death, but can never kill them.

The reason Boo disappears when a fight starts is because Sully either hides her or holds her during fights in Monstropolis before you get her back to her door.
