@@NOBOX7 the thought popped into mind when looking at the dull red glow. It had me thinking about the stainless steel I annealed to make bending easier. It was letting out large amounts of yellow sodium D lines emmissions. And I wondered of letting ions mix in the nozzle from a doped steel heat tube. Maybe just rolling it in molten salt would be enough to get a few more degrees at the thermocouple

I enjoy your videos but this so-called music you are using is obnoxious! Listening to the torch and the rest of the natural sounds is much better than this!
