Got the Nobsound, gave my son the Lepy. You are correct the Lepy's not bad, but the Nobsound is soooo much better...Louder, clearer and deeper bass Thanks for the awesome review!!! The latest Nobsound has a better blutooth than the older model. The Lepy I purchased did not have blutooth.

At these prices I think everyone can afford to risk buying one, most way under £100, I bought the nobsound for £42 I put it with some unused Q acoustic 3020i speakers ( still selling at £225.) I Bluetooth my Samsung with 600 albums on It sounds impressive.

Lepy 838 is 2.1 amp, you should test with subwoofer. It cannot compare with stereo amp.

i got the nobsound ns-15g pro mini amp, really pleased with how it sounds but does anyone else notice if their amps click off when the music stops for a few seconds say if you pause it or another track comes on and it is quiet for a few seconds but will click back on once the next track starts or you press play.... it is connected connected by Bluetooth to my phone

Yeah it really is a unique cool looking amplifier.. and I like it becouse of full aluminium housing.. it is just awesome when you hold it in hands and feel that cold metal.. when is not working of course 👍

@@vdanee79 the point is electronic music sounds the same on just about everything. If you want to actually “hear” the differences in tone between amps you have to play music that will demonstrate those differences. Electronic ain’t it.

Yes the rig should reveal nuances with natural instruments but I should also hear that fat analogue synth. rattle my windows and make my trousers flap as well as displaying the intricate cymbal triangle stick bell and percussion work of say drum and bass 😁

No your wrong . When it comes to quality sound test . If you test something with lots of I strumemts or different sounds and the my smear together and there is no separation is a great way to test amps

Dude!!! i saw your video and that Nobsound trully made me impressed so i dig trully deep to findout on What is the best today 2020. I was trully into Lepy lp858 because its affordable but my research ended in a video that shows internal chips, and it was 95% SCRAPED only 8+8w on LR channel and 17w on woofer output, garbage in other hand i lookedup more for that NobSound and bought one, today im so glad i saw your video and researched a bit more. i Bought Nobsound ns-14g pro it is 50+50W LR Channel and 100W mono Bass output, Its also bluetooth, i used a pre-amp Behringer UMC22 one of the cheapest ones , i can tell my 500w woofer + 100w+100w hifi box almost can't handle it and my house is getting destroyed by the BASS LMAO TY

@@PuraLeche6942 well i got a nobsound NS-14g pro as a power amp. It can play 2.1 sound system. My subwoofers: 2 pioneer champion series 12", 400w each, model: TS-W308d8, playing on 8ohms. For the mid and high i got 2x Donner Kw60, 60W each. Im using this setup for almost a year now, and it had never let me down. So if u got some good quality speakers, including a subwoofer, for a 2.1 system, i trully recomend a nobsound u will not regret!!!

I prefer subjective testing combined with lab testing, i.e. power output, distortion, frequency response and roll off, etc. Subjective is OK, but everyone is different. Lab testing can find that nice flat amp. Combined with a DSP and you can tune a good flat amp to your tastes. Tone controls, does anyone actually use these anymore?

I listened to the difference in sound quality depending on the amplifier with great interest. However, what is worrisome is the impression that the price is higher for Nobsound. At least in Japan. Then, it can be said that the sound is good in order of price. Please keep doing a good job.

My options are limited as I want one that has a remote control. Where it's being used it's not convenient to reach for an on/off switch or volume nob every time to use it. Also, some kind of auto-off when it's not been used in 30 minutes would be amazing. And I only need up to 30W ideally - hey mostly seem to be 100 and 200W monsters! Can anyone point me at something? I had this one for the last 4 years. the only reason that forced me to sold it it's a back panel connector contacts which is pretty weak and one of them is crashed for some reason. Your audio cables were just in the unfixed position and the sound interrupted constantly. This issue canno be fixed. Only if you replace the entire screwed back panel.

Personally I thought the Nobsound Mini and the Nobsound NS-10G PRO were the best. the newer boxier looking Nobsound was also good but I feel that it lacked the crisp'ness, clarity and soundstage of the other two Nobsound devices. with that said. Some audio fidelity gets lost in youtube's own encoding process when you upload videos so always take audio reviews with a grain of salt.

Hi, yes it give the power to operate and for the headphones out.. but it dont give the power for the audio power output.. so you can not plug the USB and listen music on the speakers.. only on headphones via usb! For the speakers you need to plug on 12 - 24V power supply..

Like always thank you for your review .. i totaly agree with you i had Kinter , Lp-838 and 2020 (T-amp) they were cool for the time they were released... but TPA3116 and TPA3116d2 at this time on 12-24V they dont have competition , specialy in this price range .. Does the new Nobsound (that with EQ lights) have more bass than other ? I am using few of TPA3116 amps and they all lack a bit punch below 40Hz, and i wonder if they managed to sqeeeze some bass from the new model

There's a Nobsound with two TAP3116 chipsets with a bass boost option and advertised as having 'super bass'. So maybe that's the one you're looking for? No model number, same as the old one, but looks different(bass, volume and off/on switch on the front, not the top).

The Solex Agitator No they don’t but I was lucky to got hold of one before they stopped making the chips. I can’t believe how good it was! I have a NAD amp and a pair of Tannoy speakers and the LP-2020A+ did put my NAD to shame. And that’s using the stock 5amp power supply that came with it.

Nobsound can then build a good amplifier. via Ali express I bought one with a hum. all evidence provided but Nobsound did not offer a good solution. I now have to return the amplifier and only then do they send a new one. or I get a discount. No faith in Nobsound. if it works it works but don't expect service. (Nobsound you can respond but I am happy with all your messages that come to nothing)

It's novel to think a phone recording uploaded to youtube and then played back via a phone or maybe even laptop speakers is going to represent what an amp sounds like. But this is the world we live in. Gone are the boutique audio shops with auditioning rooms and knowlegable sales staff. Everyone wants 2-day free delivery and bases their decision on the reviews from people who might think a Fisher Price phonograph sounds great. Meanwhile the children of the 2000's are selling grandpa's Lascala's on Fb for $200 because they're old and big. I'm still waiting for my Klipschorn's to surface at a give-away price, but I got 2 pairs of nice 90's vintage Polks for $160 total last week. I'm a happy guy.

@@user-vc8mt5yq7i I got a BT receiver for $39 to "modernize" my 2001 vintage Onkyo 7.1 flagship receiver. Since the TV does HDMI switching and offers co-ax or optical outs, there's really no need for "new tech" in the audio side of things, but like you said - it's all headed for the dump by the idiots. Just got a Dayton HTA20BT today to fart around with, since I was playing with a tube DAC back in '03. This little guy either needs to break in more, or they just can't hold a candle to my old Onkyo. Even so, I have less than $200 into the amp and 3-way Polks. It sounds crazy good when you look at it like that. :)

I cant see on parts express the chipset used for D amp, but there is a crazy awesome deal on the best class D chipset ( so far) pre-made board amp on amazon, just bought it. Price is less them from manufacturer, thanks to amazon listing rating system (again, ppl don't care and price was falling and falling) 49$. TPA3251

I haven't tried the Dayton on the 5jr's yet (2-way with passive radiator) - those cost me $100. :D This amp is going to end up in my ammo reloading room with whatever speakers don't make the cut in my surround system. So it'll basically be in a desktop 2.1 rig with my Boston Acoustics 12" sealed sub and some kind of monoblock in a 14x16' room. The Boston's a car sub of 2007 vintage I've been using in my shop. I've upgraded that system to powered JBL PA speakers, and that sub is the only speaker out there which wasn't a curb find.

Notice when they advertise 200 watts or 100 watts they don’t state , the impedance, or what the what’s are measured as ,, RMS ,, PMPO or what,,,? Fuckin useless ,, course they don’t state the power and ohms, cos it would probably look crappy so , I give there shite a thumbs down if they can’t advertise the figures you need to know ,,,👎🇬🇧
