You forgot Golden Freeman achievement in l4d2 where you have to find all hidden golden crowbar in survival maps. Also when Louis pick up a crowbar he sometimes say "Man, I feel like Gordon Freeman" or when Ellis crawling through vent he will say "One thing video game have taught me: good shit always come inside the vents".

little known fact: in S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Shadow of Chernobyl there is a reference to Half-Life. Namely, at the location "Wild Territory" in the tunnel among the anomalies, you can find the corpse of Freeman. And nearby you can find a fairly powerful pistol. If you haven't played this game yet, I recommend it ;)

It's more about the color scheme than the Crowbar itself, most games uses the pure silver or orange crowbar, HL choose the Red with silver tips crowbar, it's make the crowbar more iconic since this is quite a unusual color

You forgot so much things in L4D. The first one is Louis picking up a crowbar voiceline referencing Gordon Freeman. The second one is that Chompski is not a weapon, it’s an item you can get in Dark Carnival and get it to the end of the campaign(like in Half-Life 2: Episode two). The third one is golden crowbars on all survival maps.

Counter-Strike: Global Offensive's FAMAS skin reference is a bit more complicated than that. It's a reference for the first ever versions of the map Nuke for the first Counter-Strike, which was using many(if not all) assets from Half-Life, including containers with the Black Mesa symbol. Even until Counter-Strike: Source the Black Mesa containers were kept on official maps, like Assault. Global Offensive made the decision to substitute them for a more original tone.

In Payday 2 there are two other half life references. In Meltdown there’s a small chance that there will be a open locker with both a crowbar inside and a text saying freeman was here. And in No Mercy there’s an employee tag on a desk saying Dr. Crowbar. And in Big Bank there’s another company stock called Freeman airboat tours.
