I love how bhvr is making killer abilities more complex and giving them quantity while having excellent quality and fun. I know this is liscensed and not completely original, but they still got real creative with this.

That wolf has the most natural animation in the game, wished BHVR would animate every characters in that level

Are you kidding?? It's the weakest part of this killer. This wolf looks stiff as hell, like it's a big furry block rather than an agile beast with graceful wolflike moves. When the wolf drops down, it looks like a pound of lard more than a pouncing predator cut to chase a prey for miles... Dracula looks promising, that said apart. At any rate, he fills in a niche that wasn't previously occupied.

@@DevilsFavoriteMan What? I was precisely talking about the animations. It moves like a tank rather than a graceful yet deadly wolf. It is not even able to strafe or back away cautiously as a wolf would. the design doesn't help as it looks so furry it also conceals the beauty of its motions.

Dracula's been added to Dead by Daylight...It's about time. ❤ And would you look at that. He's even voiced by Crispin Freeman, the same guy who has done Hector from Castlevania: Curse of Darkness and Alucard from Hellsing. How truly magnificent. 🙂 And his Mori? Well, I suppose the old "Seducing the victim with Hypnosis" and "Fangs in the Neck" tricks truly went out of fashion (which really irks me to be honest) but it still fits his character so I'm not complaining.

I imagine that biting into the neck would be a nightmare to animate properly, given the variable survivor heights and neck sizes. Half the time, Drac would be clipping into the neck all the way out to his nose and chin. And that's not even going into cosmetics adding high collars and helmets.

Finally we got to see all the glory of that mori with the last survivor. The first few kills had some camera and angle issues so i didnt get to see every detail but the last one was perfect!

I honestly feel the same about it. They have this same characteristic stiffness. Which is what makes me tell it's not so good with Dracula, since he has transformations, not just spells. So the shapeshifted forms appear as stiff as the regular guy, giving off no sensation to stride across the map.

@@Polemodrome from what all I've seen from Castlevania's fights, Dracula doesn't really floats and levitates around, It makes sense for Vecna from his lore and character but not really for Drac since he usually just run or leaps around enemies or just straight up teleports to them.

@@angads.9819 Honestly, I have more of a gripe with the wolf. That thing is so clunky. It moves like a sherman tank rather than a graceful yet deadly hound-like creature. The design is really bad as well as it gives fur ball more than snow wolf.
