I struggle as well, so far it's best to use Off The Record to stay quiet and make unpredictable paths while she's phasing, careful she can see the grass movement when you run on it

Feather foot and Lightweight are amazing counters to the Spirit. I usually get away.

@@kingzgamers8000 The scratchmarks are faint and scattered and fade quickly, and you make no sound when running. I'm also good at juking, so I frequently lose killers.
