Is there a connection between May-Thurner syndrome and nocturnal polyuria? Daytime fluid accumulation in the legs that is released when laying flat.

You didn't mention the nephrologist. Where is his role in management??

I noticed nocturia after I ceased drinking alcohol. More exactly, nocturnal polyuria I think although I have not yet measured the volume. Sleep is definitely not as good as it used to be. I'll consider sleep apnea next. I'm seventy.

The most boring presentation of the subjct. Nothing specific. We dont know its pathogenesis and neither treatment. We always talk epi studies, who cares
