I think the Taco has a tiny bit more glide than the Bobcat like the numbers suggest which gives it more time to hyzer/fade out. It also skips a little more from my experience but I only just got my hands on the Nocturnal Bobcat. Seems like a faster Nocturnal Lasso.

I bag both in glow. One thing you didn't mention is the fade on the Bobcat comes later in the flight than the Taco. Strengths: When thrown flat the Bobcat will fly straight much longer and have a penetrating fade at the end. Because of the earlier fade of the Taco, it is far superior when throwing a flex line. They both have their strengths, and that's why I bag both.

How similar is the Bobcat to a Pyro?

Bobcat is deeper, feels more like a zone. Pyro is super shallow.
