Pretty new Disc golfer (started in April) found ya on FB, all I’ll stay tuned 😁 Similar to you I picked up the trail to fill a gap my terra, and my wrath, I was looking for some turn, more than the wrath…..and honestly my first double digit driver. Right out of the bag I bombed this in comparison to my heat. I hit 280-290 a few times with the heat, I tossed this about 315 on my first throw. Have since (in just a couple days) brought it up to 330. Just a wow factor for me. I’ve said all this to say, if you’re a beginner this might be what you’ve been searching for in a great feeling long first driver! Great review brother!!

Get a slingshot to save that Terra. My first throw with the Trail was ~420-425' but I have a fraction of your consistency. The 10/5/-1/1 flight numbers are spot on for me.
@bhirdietime5 ай бұрын
@babirb Good to know the flight numbers hold true with more power! I was curious how a little more heft would treat it 😂 I was literally thinking yesterday that I could use a slingshot to launch a golf ball and try to knock it down. I did hit it with a couple of sticks but it's wedged in there enough that it needs something a bit faster 😎
@v0yager402 ай бұрын
@@bhirdietime I got a SimpleShot Scout LT with 0.7mm bands and 1/2 inch clay shot. One set of bands I trimmed like a bunch of tutorial videos showed but I imagine that's for small game hunting because it put clay shot clean through a folded heavy duty cardboard box from a water heater and hit cinderblock behind it hard enough it sounded like a .22 pistol being fired. The other set of bands I didn't trim because I didn't want to put holes through discs and the cardboard caught every clay shot intact so I could shoot them again. I haven't shot a disc out of a tree yet though.

The real important question…. Garfield, Holland or McGuire? I am a Holland guy myself.
@bhirdietime5 ай бұрын
Excellent question! I personally think that Holland pulls off a great mixture of Peter Parker's academic prowess and social awkwardness, while still stepping into the heroic yet tragic role of Spiderman, with the accociated responsibility (and great power), without losing his faith in humanity. He was my pick for the role back when they were considering Asa Butterfield and other actors, and he is my favorite Spiderman. I think that Maguire was an excellent Peter Parker, although he didn't make a convincing high schooler for me. He made a good Peter Parker, torn between his college education, monetary struggles, strained relationships, and heroic responsibilities, and a solid Spiderman. I think he really paved the way for Hollands' future successful Spiderman movies, particularly with technological advancements allowing for more types of Spiderman experiences, like EDITH and the suit varieties. I think the Garfield was a bit too cool and attractive to be as convincing as a down on his luck, tragic Peter Parker, but he really did well as Spiderman. I enjoy how he leaned into the wisecracks and positive attitude of Spiderman no matter the circumstances. Overall, in my opinion, Tom Holland does the best job of portraying the totality of Peter Parker and Spiderman.
@bhirdietime5 ай бұрын
I may have been prepared for this question 😆
@Allanfan205 ай бұрын
@@bhirdietime i think what gives Holland the big advantage is he has that boyish look and voice even though he is almost 30 now…. Let alone the fact that he actually plays the role excellently. Also majorly looking forward to the next Into the Spiderverse movie, whenever they decide to release that. The first 2 were awesome.

He definitely does have that youthful appearance! Just wondering, i throw about 120m max now (just under 400ft but whenever i throw the trail on hyzer it usually flips over and when i throw it flat to slight hyzer it usually burns over completely. For me it's very understable from the start and flies more like a 10, 5, -2/-3, 1 How does this happen?
@bhirdietimeАй бұрын
@danielbel7255 It's possible that your specific disc is just a bit more flippy than usual. Or maybe you have a lot more spin rate than me, but throw with a little less speed and it turns more quickly because of it. Or perhaps you throw with some wobble, which flips the disc quickly early in its flight? It's tough to say without knowing you, but I'd start by blaming the disc 🤣
@danielbel7255Ай бұрын
