Try to play a game where no one can scream who the murder is or when he's killed, that way no one knows when the killing as started, and the bystanders just will find the bodies... body after body, that way the killer will go killing till the end of the game and the bystander will only know who the muder is just before he get stabbed. This way the distrust will last longer. Or play with earplugs, it will be scarier for the bystander.
