Love your knowledge of the surrounding areas. I love would move to SF, but definitely would be hesitant due to the escalated petty crimes. But other than that, San Fran has always been a eye-catching city. It's also refreshing to see a brother as well. +++

My home from 1999-2001. I loved walking the neighborhood. Starting on 24th you can literally walk to the top of Twin Peaks, my favorite view of the City.

People who live ib Noe Valley have little to complain about! I've lived on Dolores at 24Th St. almost 40 years. Still love it, but I miss the Bell Market and the cashier Maudine.

This is a huge fave when visiting SF and Palo Alto to see close friends!! Gorgeous area, friendly and I love the many places to eat, shop and find interest in!! I also find this area seems more sunny than other areas of the city?! It just seems brighter and not as foggy on some days! Maybe it’s my imagination!! lol!! Love your terrific videos and tons of helpful and fun info!!

I'll be staying in Noe Valley on an upcoming trip to SF (which is how I found this video). I'll let you know what I think from my short stay there. :)

My wife & I just got back, and we really enjoyed the Noe Valley neighborhood. Lots of young families, and some older folks too. We always felt perfectly safe anywhere in the neighborhood, it's a short walk to the gorgeous Mission Delores park, and it's also a quick bus to downtown San Francisco or to the beach. Based just on these initial impressions, it looks like it would be a very nice place to live. @@kevinswanigan
